At Style Connect – Style by Rhonda Michelle, each service is curated with care, intention, and your transformation in mind. Because our time together requires preparation, planning, and in some cases, third-party coordination, the following policy ensures fairness and clarity for both client and stylist.
🔒 Booking & Payment Terms
- Full prepayment is required to reserve all styling appointments.
- Packages require a non-refundable $200 deposit at the time of booking.
- Your booking confirms your time slot and begins the preparation process, including mood boarding, vendor coordination (as needed), and stylist availability.
🔄 Rescheduling Policy
We understand that things come up. If you need to reschedule:
- Standard services may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours’ notice, based on stylist availability.
- Express styling appointments may be rescheduled with at least 12 hours’ notice—one-time courtesy only.
❌ Cancellation Policy
Standard Styling Services:
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your session: Eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable deposits.
- Cancellations within 24 hours: 50% of the full service cost will be charged.
- No-shows or same-day cancellations: 100% of the service cost will be charged.
Corporate Packages & Premium Sessions:
- All packages require a non-refundable $200 deposit.
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the first session are eligible for a refund minus the $200 deposit.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the first session: Eligible for a 50% refund of the remaining balance only.
- Once services have started: No refunds will be issued.
🚫 Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:
- Express Styling Appointments ($200/hr)
- Style Connect Monthly Styling Subscriptions ($50/month)
- Digital downloads or products (e.g. workbooks, style guides)
- No-shows for any service
