All services require advance payment to secure your engagement.
Wardrobe Audit & Capsule Strategy
- Full payment or a non-refundable booking retainer is required at the time of scheduling.
- Remaining balance (if applicable) must be paid prior to the session.
Signature Image Reset
- A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your engagement following the discovery call.
- The remaining 50% balance is due prior to the commencement of services.
- No styling, planning, or scheduling begins until payment requirements are fulfilled.
Bespoke Style Experience
- Available by application and approval only.
- Requires a 50% non-refundable retainer upon acceptance.
- Remaining balance is due before any services, coordination, or in-home sessions begin.
- Due to the customized and reserved nature of this experience, all payments are non-refundable.
Style Retainer
- Available to existing clients only.
- Billed monthly.
- Non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.
Command the Room Workshop / Corporate Styling
- Full payment is required to confirm registration or booking.
- Corporate engagements may require a signed agreement and advance payment based on scope.
🔄 Rescheduling Policy
We understand that life happens. Rescheduling is permitted under the following conditions:
Wardrobe Audit & Signature Image Reset
- One reschedule permitted with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
- Additional reschedule requests may incur a rescheduling fee.
Bespoke Style Experience
- Rescheduling terms are defined in the individual client agreement due to the scope and coordination involved.
Command the Room Workshops
- Individual workshop tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
- Corporate rescheduling terms are outlined in the service agreement.

Wardrobe Audit & Capsule Strategy
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled session:
– Eligible for a refund minus any non-refundable booking retainer.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the session:
– No refund.
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows:
– No refund.
Signature Image Reset
- All retainers are non-refundable.
- Cancellations prior to service commencement forfeit the retainer.
- Once services have begun, no refunds will be issued, regardless of completion status.
Bespoke Style Experience
- All payments are non-refundable due to the customized, reserved, and collaborative nature of the experience.
- Once accepted, cancellations forfeit all payments made.
Style Retainer
- Monthly payments are non-refundable once billed.
- Clients may cancel future billing cycles with advance notice according to their agreement.
Command the Room Workshop / Corporate Styling
- Individual workshop registrations are non-refundable.
- Corporate and private bookings follow the cancellation terms outlined in the signed agreement.
- Once services or workshops have commenced, no refunds will be issued.
🚫 Non-Refundable Circumstances
The following are strictly non-refundable:
- Missed appointments or no-shows
- Same-day cancellations
- Completed sessions or partially rendered services
- Monthly retainer payments once billed
- Workshops, corporate services, or group events
- Any services requiring reserved time, planning, or coordination
